  I have shopped with you guys for years. Any special occasion (bridal showers, baby showers, my own wedding showers, honeymoon, holidays, weddings, you name it) I go shopping to get a new outfit. Everyone always compliments the outfits and asks where I got it.
  I've always been very pleased until today.
  
  I went to Fab'rik in Miramar Beach on Monday to get an outfit for a baby shower I attended this morning. Your workers were a great help. I left with white jeans and a shirt.
  
  Took the tags off this morning, put the outfit on, and went to the shower. Went to the bathroom and saw that the zipper had broken.
  
  After the shower was over I drove back to Fab'rik to see if I could exchange the pants for an un-broken pair. I have the receipt and tags at my house and my husband took a picture of them. The worker that was there Monday when I bought the pants was in today and remembered me.
  She said no because the zipper wasn't broken when I bought it. She called corporate in Dunwoody to make sure they couldn't exchange and dunwoody said that's correct.
  
  I can understand a lot of things and a lot of different policies, but this in my opinion is garbage.
  
  I spent $66 on a pair of pants for them to break the first time I wear them. And I can't EXCHANGE.
  
  Clearly you don't stand behind your products. I will not be back and will have to find another store for my special occasions.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! I won't be back. Both employees, (Abby and Cindy?), were very rude. Deja Vu in seaside is worth the drive...WAY better than this establishment. I asked for a size in a top and one of the employees rolled her eyes at me and explained that all their sizes were already on the floor. Very nasty people...
